Last weekend, we hosted potluck here at our house with Brad & Sonya and Braden & Adrianne. It was great to use our basement for the first official time. Although many of the finishing touches aren't done (and may not be for a while...), I think it was an enjoyable space. We had a great time ~ sure hope everyone else did too!
Our menu:
- Chicken Cordon Bleu
- wild rice dish from DD4
- lettuce salad
- green bean casserole
- baked pears
- bread/butter
- oreo dessert/Maple pumpkin cheesecake
- In the evening, we enjoyed hot wassail/pop and a salty snack mix
