Jessica--so very excited for you. You will get tons of use out of this. We have a kitchen aid food processor that we have been abusing for years. Some of my favorite uses: shredding lettuce for tacos, any sort of cream cheese recipe I usually always mix in my food processor and when making guacamole it is a must. Enjoy your new toy!!! julie :)
i have a cuisinart fp similar to yours (yours has a larger feed tube). i've been very pleased with mine and have given them to our daughters. crumb, chop, slice in a couple of pulses. quick clean-up too! remember to respect those knives, they are sharp.
