Why don't they make high chairs with 5 point harnesses?

thats funny...our high chair DOES have one and i always thought it was funny and weird. seeing these pics, i now know why its a good thing :)
Cute, our high chair actually has a 5pt harness, and Tess is the first kid I've had to strap in...she's not a big fan!

I bought a new one for Brinlee and I wondered why it had a 5 pt harness, now I know. I actually used it when she was too little to sit up to hold her upright in the chair:)
I had NO idea there was a such thing as a 5 point harness in a high chair! SO funny!
